These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to the Cockroach Battle website and any interaction with the CBC presale smart contracts through our interface. By using the site or confirming a transaction, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must have full legal capacity to enter contracts and must be allowed to use digital assets and blockchain applications under the laws that apply to you. You are solely responsible for knowing and following local restrictions, tax rules, and sanctions. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is not permitted.

2. Nature of the product

Cockroach Battle provides a front-end interface to public smart contracts. We do not operate as your broker, custodian, exchange, or investment adviser. You interact with the blockchain through your own wallet. Smart-contract logic not marketing copy controls purchases, vesting, claims, and referrals.

3. No financial, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value. Participate only with funds you can afford to lose, and seek independent professional advice if needed.

4. Purchases and payment tokens

Presale buys require an enabled payment token (such as USDT or FUSD on the configured network), sufficient balance, and any approvals your wallet prompts for. Minimum and maximum purchase limits, price, and sale status are enforced by the contract. Failed or rejected transactions may still cost network fees.

5. Instant unlock and vesting

Unless the contract states otherwise, a portion of purchased CBC may transfer to your wallet immediately, and the remainder locks under a vesting schedule. Unlock steps, durations, and claim rules follow the deployed contract parameters. Claim availability also depends on whether claiming has been paused by the contract owner.

6. Claims

Claiming vested tokens requires a successful on-chain claim transaction from the eligible wallet. We are not responsible if you miss unlock windows, use the wrong network, or lose access to your wallet.

7. Referrals

If you provide a valid sponsor address (or arrive via a referral link), the contract may pay a commission to that sponsor in the same payment token the buyer uses. Self-referral is not allowed. Referral rates and eligibility are defined on-chain and may change if the owner updates contract configuration within its permissions.

8. Irreversible transactions

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Double-check addresses, amounts, network, and gas settings before signing. We cannot reverse, refund, or cancel confirmed chain transactions.

9. Risks

You accept risks including, without limitation:

• Smart-contract bugs, exploits, or unexpected behavior.
• Wallet compromise, phishing, or malicious browser extensions.
• Network congestion, RPC outages, or front-end downtime.
• Regulatory change, delisting, or loss of token utility/value.
• Human error when signing transactions or sharing referral links.

10. Site availability and changes

The interface is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may update, pause, geo-restrict, or discontinue features without notice. Contract owners may pause buys, pause claiming, or end the sale according to contract rights. RPC, wallet, or third-party outages are outside our control.

11. Intellectual property

Site branding, layout, and original content are owned by Cockroach Battle or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for competing products without permission, except for fair use or rights granted by open-source licenses where applicable.

12. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site to violate law, launder funds, attack infrastructure, scrape in a way that harms service, impersonate the team, or attempt to interfere with smart-contract integrity beyond normal permitted interactions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cockroach Battle and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or digital assets arising from your use of the site or contracts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of zero and any amount you paid us directly for interface access (typically none).

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cockroach Battle and its contributors from claims and costs arising out of your use of the site, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operators of Cockroach Battle, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
